Our company TRASTIC, move from asbestos to NON ASBESTOS production the last few years and now we manufacture ecological products based on the NEW CLC technology.
The CLC technology is based in an advance in worldwide level, industrial process of multi-layer reinforced cement. Portland cement is enriched with protogenic hardwood cellulose, special treated with silica compounds for uninflammability. Also contains synthetic PVA fibres. This solution is infiltrated and develops into thin grid layers. (Hatchek technology).These layers are compressed under high and constant pressure, until desirable thickness and total cohesion is achieved. After cutting the multi-layer boards are leaded into a controlled condition room (temperature and humidity) for maturing.
